All our successful clients begin with ‘Inspiration and Education.’ To achieve this they attended and immersed themselves in a seminar - either ‘Great Fundraising’ or ‘Accelerate with Purpose.’ Most of the time a small delegation attends a public seminar, but sometimes clients have commissioned a bespoke seminar for their wider team.
The next step is most often and organisation-wide co-creative sprint. These focus on the big picture and are designed to define or refresh the organisation’s purpose, fundraising ambition or theory of change. These are designed to give focus and energy through external differentiation and internal alignment.
Some clients then go on to build internal capacity. We can help organisations do self-audits to prioritise development. Our consultants can then systematically work with teams and leaders to help clients develop skills, knowledge, systems and resources.
Communications, plans and culture development. From communications tool-kits, to co-created strategic plans and internal training and behaviour programmes, all our support is designed to build clients’ own internal capacity and expertise.
Leadership support. Some clients choose to ‘embed’ one of our consulting directors into their team for a period of time for two or three days a week. The purpose of this support is to build capacity and generate pace. We also offer select coaching programmes for senior leaders, including CEOs.
